徐大觀察記

Today is a beautiful Monday which has warm weather, tender sunshine, and gentle wind.

During the quiet time,
I needed to think about three questions of leadership,

"what kind of the qualities of leader should I develop."

"What do I need to change in my life to improve myselfe and become a potential leader?"

"Where can I apply these qualities in Asia Plateau and in my hmoe community when I return home?"

I sat in the Japanese Garden, and considered these questions,and I tried to find the answers.

At the time,
there were many butterflies flying in the garden,
the birds sung in the trees,
They didn't seem to worry about how to be a leader.

I thought about some great leaders, such like Jesus,M.K Gandhi and Moses,
they had no choice, being a leader was their destiny,
they couldn't escape it, if they escaped it,
then they would never have been themselves.
Their destiny was decided by God, my destiny is also decided by God,

so I desided to stop thinking about leadership, and enjoyed the beautiful morning.
